keeping in mind I have school and driving lessons so i can only manage to go to the gym once a week

After my boyfriend break up with me i was so sad, miserable and i didn’t feel like moving. I would either starve or binge but now I’m eating okay again and today I went to the gym. I’m proud of myself and I feel a new person, much happier :)
